Tyler North did a great job working with myself and the manager deciding on what options I want on my new truck then explaining how all the functions worked once I bought it

Service included with certified pre owned vehicle was not what we were told at time of purchase. Vehicle was sold with aftermarket modifications and has had unresolved vibration issues since purchased.

It was a pleasant experience especially due to our salesman, Tyler North, Ben, and Adrian Whipkey. Like my Equinox, this is my third one. Washington Chevy usually has the car or truck we want.

Sales staff helped find the vehicle I was looking for and worked out a good deal with my trade.

I have been going to your dealership for approximately 15 years. I am currently thinking of NOT ever going back to YOUR dealership. It started when I made an appointment for 8:00 am for April 10th. I told the man who I set an appointment with that I just replaced the battery and alternator and that it was discharging when I drove it. I also told him that warning system came on telling me that sensor was not working on my left front tire. I instructed him to do a diagnostic test on electrical system. I was informed that cost would be $125, I told him that was not a problem. I also informed him to install new sensor on left front tire. Car was dropped off on wednesday night since I had an appointment with Washington Chevy for my car at 8:00 am on thursday. Thursday I called at 2:30 pm and was told my truck was NOT looked at yet. I was told that since I dropped it off, it was considered fill in work even though I had an 8:00 am appointment. I was called back at 3:30 pm and was informed everything was good. I talked to the mechanic and informed him that you had to drive my truck for a few miles before it showed it was discharging. I was called back a few minutes later and was told mechanic drove it found no problems. I picked it up and drove about 6 miles and battery started to discharge. Then a few miles further the warning message came on telling me there was a problem with tire pressure system.

Scott Held makes everything easy. He keeps you informed and has patience for all of our dumb questions. We will never deal with anyone else. Scott is the best!

i was told there was something was wrong with the " manifold' but when I questioned the young lady she said she didn't know and directed me to another person . when I finally talked to that person he indicated that to attempt to fix the problem would cause more damage. this made me feel very uneasy about my experience ! This conversation took place after I had looked at 2 2005 silverados on the lot with Robbie. In the finance sheet given to me Robbie only offered 10,000 for my 2018 silverado which is loaded with many extras. I later in the day saw the bluebook value was 17,500 and 1truck with less miles (30,000 plus} was going for $30,000. I left the garage wondering if there was a connection between the the salesman and unknown and not completely explained problem with my 2018 silverado .

Robbie was very helpful in showing me the features of the car. I got all the information I needed to make an educated decision for my purchase.

$98.00 for an oil change...that's not a positive thought. you would think that if you buy a car from a dealership, they would give you some kind of bargain. That won't happen again

I had oil change and tires rotated and a car wash, the guys forgot to wash car, which this usually happens. When I went back into service and told them , they said they were sorry and they would get it washed right away, while I was waiting the manager came up to me and apologized and gave me a free oil change. This is why I keep coming back to wash Chevy. I ve purchased 5 vehicles from them and I would never go anywhere else.

I felt comfortable with the the way I was greeted and the manner in which they treated me personally. They informed me as to what was going to be done and the related costs. John was particularly helpful.

Service Stabilitrack was finally done, and the mechanic seems to have done a great job because it works well. However, the girl at customer service stated there was "no" oil in the engine (although despite the computer issue it ran great), while the paperwork said 'low' oil. She said it would take till June 30th to get me in and then when I stated I wasn't buying a new car from them, she said she would 'squeeze' me in. Two days, and $2,900 later the car was done. I received nothing about the warranty of the job although the parts manager told me there was two years on the TCM. I read that 2014 Chevy Captiva's burn oil as they get older so I will keep track of that. But to push me to buy a new car when the car's body is good and it rides well and only has 81,000 miles isn't right. Love my Captiva but not happy with this customer service.

This was an unexpected emergency due to a dead battery in my 2024 Equinox! After speaking with John, the service manager, I took my car to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was taken care of by John at the check in counter. Within two hours I was notified that my car was serviced, washed and ready for pick up at no charge!

It was a little too long of a time to sit and wait. I continue to trust the service department and appreciate the friendliness of the staff.

Hi , Dale is an elderly gentleman that I help by driving to Dr appointments, shopping etc. my name is Andy Radvansky. I was driving when this vehicle failed and I handled the communication with Onstar and along with Carol Campbell , Dales sister-in-law, the repair dealership . Onstar was excellent! The experience with Washington Chevrolet Service was very disappointing. I called service to inform them that a vehicle was being towed in for repair. The first thing out of the man on the phone was “ well there’s going to be a $125 diagnostic fee !” And second was “ well it’ll have to sit here and wait until we finish all other work ahead of it.” Not what should have been something like , ok sir , I’m sorry you’re experiencing this problem with your GM vehicle , may I have the details of what happened and the name of the owner and the year and type of vehicle? Instead he had an attitude like I was bother him and the service dept by having the vehicle towed there unexpectedly. My immediate response to him was “ how do you know what any charges or fees will be ? You didn’t even ask who’s vehicle it is or what type or year ? It’s a 2021 Tahoe with 22k miles on it .” He responded with , oh well in that case if warranty covers it those charges would be waved . Within an hour of that call , a woman from the service dept called Dale and asked “what is this vehicle doing here “ and when he told her that it just shut off and will not restart she asked “ while you were driving it ?” He said “ yes, in the middle on a one lane bridge and luckily drifted the remainder of the way across and was able to exit the bridge and park it .” Guess what the first words out of her mouth were ? “ Well there’s going to be a $125 diagnostic fee !” I immediately got the impression that this isn’t just an employee or two with very poor customer service skills. To purchase an $80k vehicle from this dealership that now only has 22k miles on it and to have it fail the way and location that it did and this is the way they handle it shows that this lack of customer empathy and respect is the culture at this dealership. This proved to be true by how the rest of this story unfolded and by how the General Managers email was not easily accessible from the web site and by the way the General Manager, while very courteous, defended the actions and methods of the service team when spoken to by Carol and Jim Campbell , Dales brother and sister-in-law. You should also know that while talking about this experience with a few random people , 3 out of 4 people have had similar experiences and will not come back to this dealership. These three people are from all walks of life and income levels, one registered nurse, one coal miner and one is an independent auto repair shop owner. My point is you have real problems and a poor public reputation at this dealership and I believe this type of issue falls squarely on the shoulders of the General Manager and also I know you can’t make changes , improvements or corrections without hearing the truth . Personally I will never patronize Washington Chevy because of this experience and I would guess the Campbells won’t either . I wish you the best in turning that ship around because in today’s super competitive auto market , customer service makes and breaks businesses.

The repair was done well, The part that was disappointing was that it took 7 days to get it done. I called before I had the vehicle towed to your shop and was told that you could look at it and the repair could be done that week. I was later told that your shop was busy and that I was put on the back burner.

I was told my car would take 2 days total, it took almost a week. I had to call to get updates. When I called, I was told “oh I meant to call or I will call you later with updates” and I never heard anything back. There was an issue with Hertz getting a rental car. The whole thing was just very disorganized and there was no communication

When I brought the car in, it took less than an hour to diagnose the problem and identify what part needed to be replaced. The service advisor was able to answer all my questions and was pleasant to work with. When the part came in, someone called me and got an appointment scheduled, and the actual repair was also done promptly.

Excellent. The salesman and sales team at Washington Chevy were excellent and exceeded my expectations. Feedback to GM. As the buyer of my 4th Chevy Suburban (20+ year Suburban owner) I really wanted a 2025 Chevy Suburban with a 2nd row bench seat AND the new 3.0L LZ0 Duramax engine. As a loyal customer, why was I not able to purchase this configuration. Suburban's should always have a 2nd row bench seat option at the highest trim level for big families. I do a tremendous amount of highway driving and the LZO diesel engine would have met my needs perfectly. I would even consider trading my new 6.2L gas guzzler in for a LZ0 with a 2nd row bench seat at the Premier or High Country trim level.

I custom ordered a new vehicle. Information on the order status was not forthcoming in a timely manner from GM. As a GM retiree I am concerned that I got no status info from GM for 3 months and that a " CUSTOM ORDER " took 4 months to complete. Dealership personnel did their best I am sure. GM is dropping the ball ! I am satisfied with the sales and financial staff efforts.

Car is fixed but was told 3 hours and it was 5 1/2. Asked for oil to be changed at drop off but it was not taken care of. We were told by salesman when we bought the car that we would get a loaner vehicle when we had service not a courtesy drop off. The courtesy drop off is less than ideal when the car is in the shop for a majority of the day.

Service did an excellent job with my vehicle. They took care of a recall issue and informed me it wasn’t going to cost me anything. They called me to let me know that my inspection was running out at the end of September and offered to do the service while it was in the shop. I’m glad they had noticed it, and therefore saved me from having to schedule another appt. A special thanks to John in service for calling me and getting everything taken care of all at the same time. Much appreciated.

Although the cost that GM charges for tire sensors is way too high in my estimation - the service I received from the dealership was very good. It was easy to set up an appointment - they called with a price estimate before doing the work - and completed the job in the time period I had hoped for. I was a long time (8 years) customer at another Chevrolet Dealership in the area but this dealership failed over a issue with my Silverado (2024) So I contacted Washington Chevrolet what a surprise called got a real person, asked for service again got a real person scheduled the appointment, got a phone called reminder the day before. All the staff a dealt with had great customer service. Great job to the Bid One on the Hill keep it up, you got another customer.

Let me start by saying your staff seems to genuinely want to help your customers. I have been in twice, and both times Dylan was very helpful, polite, and apologetic for the second visit which was quite a mess. Apparently, new computer systems were installed, so everyone that had booked an appointment online was not visible to your staff. The entire waiting room was full. It took over an hour to get an oil change. You can imagine how frustrating that must be for your employees, having to apologize over and over for something that is out of their control. The chairs in your waiting area need to be replaced. They are very worn and gross.

Steve made me feel very comfortable and informed of what was happening - Took time to investigate all my concerns and knocked them out in a very timely manner after getting my truck in - One negative is the amount of time it took to get in - i know it gets busy of course but it was over a week to get it looked at then another week till parts were in house - just frustrating

Brought my truck in for Inspection, oil change and my Auto Stop feature not working. Oil change and inspection went well, however the Auto stop did not get fixed. They worked on it for a few hours and narrowed the problem down but didn't get it fixed. They need additional time but after 4 hours I needed to leave. I will need to bring it back another time to have them continue working on it. Hopefully they can fix it then. Everyone that I delt with were professional, courteous and helpful.

I asked this time if there was "no charge" for tire rotation since I bought my tires here and the response was "yes". I did not scrutinize my bill - paid and left as always. Went to file my bill and I WAS CHARGED for tire rotation. Upsetting as that was - after checking previous bills, I WAS charged for tire rotation!!!!!!! Times are hard - why can't "vehicle history" be brought up everytime a car is serviced?

on Thursday dec 11 I brought my truck in because it would not shut off at 1:15 truck was taken in and according to paper work they unplugged battery and reset vehicle. my wife stopped at the shop on Monday dec 15 around 11 am to inquire about the truck and was told paper work was in and we would be contacted when they knew something. truck was covered in snow from Saturday's storm. at 2:12pm that same day we were called and told truck was ready for pickup my wife went to get the truck it was in the same spot and covered in snow. the truck apparently was done on the 11th or 12th due to the fact it was covered in snow. we had to rent a car from the 11th to the 15th 3 or 4 days longer than we needed because we were not notified when truck was done.

I brought my truck in to get the remote starter looked at because it was giving me issues to find out that they found nothing wrong with it. It’s done this to me before (in which case they let me know that and I didn’t get charged because they did no work to it). Instead this time even knowing that it worked for them they still connected their coding machine so they’d find nothing wrong with it and hit me for the $133 charge even though they did absolutely nothing to it because nothing was wrong. I found this in poor taste because last time this happened they just let me go after it worked for them no charge. Instead this time they made sure to take me of my $133 even though they knew it was working properly. I found it absurd that they did this especially when I purchased my truck at this location and have shown my loyalty to this location. Was not at all happy with the service would give 0 if I could.
